Vernon Square Preservation Society - Vernon Square is an Oasis of Calm in the Centre of Ryde. This beautiful garden was saved from housing develpoment by a dedicated band of locals, who have ensured this Regency Garden is protected and for use of the public forever.

Historic  Ryde Society - The Historic Ryde Society formed in October 2009, with the express aim to raise funds for a Heritage and Visitor Centre for Ryde, Isle of Wight.

Isle of Wight Festival - The Isle of Wight Festival was originally held from 1968 to 1970. The 1970 event was said at the time to be one of the largest human gatherings in the world. Now in it's 9th year.
